What we collect
- Inquiry details you send us through Viber, email, IG DM, or our inquiry button (your name or handle, the message, and any photos you choose to share).
- Transaction details when you buy, reserve, or consign a watch (full name, contact number, shipping address or meet-up area, payment proof).
- Basic site analytics if and when we enable them — page views, anonymized device type, referral source. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect government IDs, financial account numbers, or biometric data through this website.
- We do not run user-account signups or stored credit-card data on this site.
- We do not load advertising or social-network tracking pixels.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and complete a transaction.
- To keep an internal record of past transactions for warranty, returns, and repeat-buyer service.
- To occasionally message you about new drops you previously expressed interest in — only if you opted in.
Who we share it with
- Couriers and logistics partners, only with the shipping address you provide.
- Authorized service centers or watchmakers, only when you ask us to coordinate authentication or repair on your behalf.
- Government agencies if legally required (subpoena, BIR audit, etc.).
We do not sell your information. Period.
Storage and retention
Inquiry messages are stored in our messaging tools (Viber, email, IG) according to those platforms' policies. Transaction records are kept for a minimum of 5 years for tax, warranty, and dispute purposes, then archived or deleted.
Your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012
As a data subject in the Philippines, you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability, to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, message hello@watchalley.ph with the subject line "Data privacy request" and we will respond within 15 working days.
Cookies
The current site does not set tracking cookies of its own. If we add light analytics or chat features in the future, we will update this page and announce the change before enabling them.
Children
Watch Alley is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Updates
We may update this policy as the operation grows. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the effective date listed at the top.
