1. About Watch Alley

The Watch Alley PH ("Watch Alley", "we", "us") is an independent curated watch dealer based in Metro Manila. We sell new and pre-owned timepieces directly to buyers through our website, Viber drops, and direct messaging. We are not a brand-authorized retailer.

2. Listings and availability

• Prices on the site are in Philippine Peso (₱).
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We update inventory regularly.
• A piece is sold when it is paid for in full and confirmed by us, not when it is reserved.
• Reservations may hold a piece for up to 24 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. How a transaction works

• Buyer inquires through Viber, email, IG DM, or the inquiry button on a listing.
• We confirm current condition, set inclusions, and final price.
• Buyer reserves with a partial deposit or pays in full, depending on the agreement.
• We pack, ship, or schedule a meet-up. Tracking and proof of shipment are shared with the buyer.

4. Payment

• Accepted methods: GCash, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, UnionBank), and cash on meet-up at agreed locations in Metro Manila.
• We do not accept payment in cryptocurrency or anonymous channels.
• For buyer protection, large transactions can be paid through escrow or installment via mutual agreement.

5. Shipping and meet-ups

• Domestic shipping: insured courier, signature required. Shipping fee is shouldered by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Meet-ups: by appointment within Metro Manila at neutral, well-lit public locations. We do not meet at residences.
• International shipping: case-by-case. Buyer covers shipping, insurance, customs, and any duties or taxes.

6. Returns and remediation

We grade conservatively and disclose known issues openly (see our Authenticity page). If a piece arrives materially different from the listing or our written confirmation, message us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you on a fair resolution: refund, replacement when possible, or repair at our cost.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
• Returned pieces must be in the same condition as shipped, with all original packaging and inclusions.
• Buyer-induced damage, scratches from wear, water exposure, or modification void the return option.
• Sales described as "as-is", "project piece", or "watch only" are final.

7. Authenticity

We stand behind every listing's authenticity to the standard described in our Authenticity page. If you want a manufacturer-issued certification before payment, we will pause the transaction and support the verification process.

8. Limitation of liability

Watch Alley's liability for any single transaction is limited to the amount the buyer paid us for that transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will first be raised directly with us; unresolved disputes will be brought before the appropriate courts of Metro Manila.

10. Updates

We may update these terms as the operation grows. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the effective date listed at the top.
